This device does what it claims, easy to setup, clear voice and good build quality. The only problem is that the earpiece is too big to fit snugly in a human ear. The removable ear-rest therefore cannot be removed if this product is to be used.

I got around this problem by removing the original rubber ear piece, and replacing it with one from an old in-ear headphone. That fits the plastic perfectly, and now I can use the device without the ear-rest.

Delivery time and packaging were satisfactory. Happy with the product overall.
